Operations and contact

BuscaEnLatam operates from Argentina. For privacy questions or to exercise your rights, email hola@buscaenlatam.com.

Calculator and local storage

We do not request names, identity documents, phone numbers, addresses or bank details to calculate. Answers include countries, headcount, monthly pay, currency, arrangement, entity availability and hiring timeline.

The calculator runs in your browser. To let you continue later, answers are saved in localStorage for 24 hours after the last change. Expired drafts are removed when you open the tool. The browser cannot guarantee removal while the site is closed. Clear answers in the calculator or remove this site's browser data.

If you save named scenarios, their titles and answers stay in this browser's local storage until you delete them in the tool or clear site data. They are not sent to the server. On shared devices, others using the same browser profile may see them.

The proposal comparator keeps entered amounts in the tab's memory while in use. If you save a comparison, its amounts and name stay in this browser's local storage until you delete them or clear site data. They are not sent to the server. On shared devices, others with access to the same browser profile may see them. PDFs are generated on your device.

When changing language, the comparator briefly transfers your inputs through sessionStorage in this tab. The transfer is removed when restored and is only accepted for one minute. It is not sent to the server.

Shared results

Shared links contain answers and budget in their fragment. Anyone with the link can read them. Do not include confidential information. We do not store results in a database.

Email contact

If you request contact about hiring, we ask for your name, email, company and message, along with permission to respond. Only the text you review in the form is sent; we do not automatically attach calculator answers or quotes. We do not share these contacts with providers or subscribe them to marketing through this form.

When direct sending is enabled, we use Cloudflare Turnstile to reduce automated abuse. Cloudflare processes technical browser and connection data to verify the form. We do not send your name, email, company or message to Turnstile. If you cannot complete verification, you can contact us from your email app.

When direct sending is enabled, the form sends your name, email, optional company and message to our server and Hostinger's email service so we can respond. Confirmation means the email service accepted the message, not guaranteed delivery. If unavailable, prepare and send it from your email app. The site does not add these details to marketing campaigns or a CRM.

To limit abuse, the server stores temporary counters and a one-use form identifier. Email counters use a cryptographic signature; they do not store the email in plain text or the message body. Records expire after one hour and are removed during the next processed request. We do not use IP addresses for these counters.

Emails and operational records may be retained as needed to handle inquiries and meet applicable obligations. Request information or deletion by emailing hola@buscaenlatam.com.

Optional analytics and advertising

Without configured identifiers, we do not load Google Analytics, Google Ads or Meta Pixel. If enabled, you can accept or reject loading them. Rejecting does not limit tools. We store your choice locally until you change it or clear browser data.

With permission, we may measure visits, calculator progress, viewed results and provider clicks. We do not send names, emails or amounts as event properties. Measurement providers may process technical identifiers, browser information and connections under their policies. Withdraw permission in “Cookie preferences” to stop future loading; this does not automatically erase data already received by third parties.

You can also choose analytics only, without enabling Google Ads or Meta advertising tags. You can change or withdraw your choice through Cookie preferences.

Infrastructure and external links

The hosting server may generate technical logs such as IP address, requested path and date to operate and protect the site. We do not control what provider sites collect when you visit them. Review their policies before sharing information or buying.

Digital product and checkout

The pack's Word and Excel files do not send your responses to BuscaEnLatam. Keep your copies private and review the terms of the application or storage you use to edit them. The page shows a partial content preview. Purchases are completed outside this website on Payhip, which processes the information needed for checkout and delivery with the selected payment provider, under their terms and privacy policies. Do not enter card information in the contact form.
