What you can do here
The calculator organizes a scenario by country, team and structure. The comparator normalizes monthly and annual charges from quotes you enter. Guides help prepare conversations; the pack provides editable documents for your team.
How we prepare information
We separate your inputs, calculations and external references. Listings link to their source and review date. A commercial reference does not certify coverage; planning cases are hypothetical examples.
We indicate when a source has no documented review. Guides do not replace a local assessment. You can check the tools' formulas and limitations.
Access and funding
Tools require no account, email or payment. The Operating Pack is optional. Once affiliate relationships are approved, we will identify commercial links; commissions will not change calculations. Read how we handle commercial relationships.
Corrections and contact
If information becomes outdated, send the page, source and point that needs review through contact. Significant updates are recorded in each reference; an editorial update is not professional validation.
The BuscaEnLatam method
1. Define the problem
Each resource starts with a specific decision: defining a role, requesting a quote or comparing a budget. We state what it can help with and what is outside its scope.
2. Separate evidence from examples
References include sources and dates when a review is documented. Demonstration scenarios and figures are marked as fictional; they are not market salary data.
3. Show calculations and limits
The annual baseline uses twelve months. Currencies stay separate and unknown costs are not filled with invented percentages. You can review the result before deciding.
4. Receive and review corrections
If you find an error, send the link, the item and a reference source to the brand email. We distinguish editorial corrections from professional validation.
